Streamlined Electronic Agreements : DocuSign

As many businesses settle into remote work, and perhaps turn to it as an permanent solution, companies are looking to streamline different forms of digital communication—and the recent integration of DocuSign on Workspace will undoubtedly help with this transition.

An American company that’s based out of San Francisco, DocuSign was created to make it easier for organizations to manage their electronic agreements, and allows users to sign off using eSignatures on different devices. By integrating DocuSign, Workplace will make the process even faster, and uses a dedicated DocuSign chatbot that will allow employees to sign documents quickly within the Workspace chat.

The integration also includes notification features that will alert employees if a document needs to be signed, and tools to help them manage and keep track of documents that have been sent out.
